Federal Congress for the Real Estate Industry
The Federal Congress acts as a parliamentary lobby group for the industry and the profession. It is made up of state and regional directors, expert advisors, and association lawyers who are familiar with the challenges and needs of industry participants at the local level.
This close networking gives representatives of the private and commercial real estate industry greater visibility and influence, particularly in political matters.

Rainer Elsmann is proud to have been appointed to the Regional Directorate by the BVFI Executive Board.
It is important to us to have direct and professional local contacts across the board who are available to listen to owners, tenants, and landlords.
Contact with administrations, authorities, and local authorities is becoming increasingly important and remains indispensable even in the wake of advancing digitalization.
The BVFI draws on leading real estate companies in the regions to ensure that each district or independent city has a regional office headed by a competent regional director. Rainer Elsmann has taken on this important role for the district of Kleve Nord. Mr. Elsmann thus expands the professional circle of regional real estate experts and acts as a spokesperson for his colleagues in the field.
In addition, Mr. Elsmann has been appointed by the BVFI as a delegate to the Federal Congress for the Real Estate Industry. This underscores his commitment to the industry and his ability to effectively represent the interests of his colleagues.
